Does AL’S GOURMET NUTS ship orders?
- Yes.
- We ship our gourmet nuts anywhere in the United States.
- We can also ship to all APO/FPO for our Troops!
Are there any instances in which additional charges that will apply?
- Yes, when shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, an extra charge for shipping will apply.
The charge will vary based on weight. We promise to do everything in our power to
minimize your costs.
Is there a minimum order limit?
- We have no minimum orders. You can simply order one decorative specialty cone or
a thousand!!!!!
Which shipping service does AL’S GOURMET NUTS utilize?
- We ship via FedEx Ground and/or USPS – Priority Mail.
Will AL’S GOURMET NUTS ship my order timely?
- All of our product line is made to order and shipped within 1-3 business days. Time
in transit for ground shipping is 1 to 5 business days depending on where you are
located. Express shipping is available. Please contact us for details. We do our
very best to get your package there as soon as possible, and tracking information
will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. One way to avoid disappointment
is to enter the recipient's and/or your email address and he or she will be notified
that a package is on its way. During the Holiday Season, November – December, we
recommend ordering early and often!!!!!!!!!!!
What happens if I provide an incorrect shipping address when I am ordering a gift?
- We urge you to check your addresses before
finalizing orders to make sure all information is correct. We all make mistakes!
- If we make an error on a shipping label, we will reship your order, add an extra
treat, and apologize profusely. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you make an error, we will happily send another package and share the expense.
You pay half the cost of the gourmet nuts and we will take care of the other half.
You will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
